MEET CHIEF CHEF APOORVA BHARGAVA
A talented young girl from Lucknow. I grew up in a large joint family of many cousins and many aunts & uncles; our food was locally sourced and produced and provided the right nutrition for us. Growing up in a city which is known for its culinary delights, I could not remain untouched. I took to cooking like fish to water.
Baking became a fascination ever since my teens. I grew up and so did my passion for baking. I took to reviving age-old recipes and traditional cooking ways. I specialise in bakes sans preservatives and artificial flavours. Almost everything that I use for my creations is sourced fresh and organic. Be it preserves, syrups, squashes, desserts or bakery items, all are completely free of preservative – which has helped build a highly satisfied, attached and thriving core of fans

To make our rum cakes the most relished, we ensure that the fruits are soaked in liquor for almost a year, just the traditional way. We want to create everlasting memories.
